Injection Molding
Plastic injection molding is a manufacturing process that uses thermoplastic and thermoset polymers to produce parts. It can create complex shapes that are difficult or impossible to make with other manufacturing methods. It is also highly productive and can manufacture parts of various sizes.
Mold Making
Injection mold manufacturing is a process that starts with a 3D model of the part you want to create. This 3D model is then used to create a die, or “negative”, of the desired part. The die is then used to make the “front” of the part, which can be used to make the final product.
Quality Test
Before shipment, Curbat will issue a quality inspection certificate to show that the order has been shipped according to the required specifications. The report provides information on basic dimensions of parts, material certificates, surface smoothness grades, colors, RoHS reports, etc.
